• Approx. 15-minute opening breathwork practice with Miro from Elysium Breathwork to ground into the space. Miro brings nearly a decade of experience, blending ancient practices and modern insights to create sacred, healing environments.

• A grounding and liberating Ecstatic Dance journey with me, where you’re free to move, feel, and express yourself to honor our planet.

• A closing circle with Miro to integrate and deepen your experience.
