2. Non-Refundable Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual with prior notice to the Company.

3. Assumption of Risk and Liability

Participation in the event is at your own risk. The Company is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or property damage incurred during the event. By attending, you assume all associated risks and release the Company from any liability.

4. Lost or Damaged Property

The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the event. Attendees are encouraged to keep valuables secure at all times.

5. Venue Responsibilities

Any damages to the venue caused by an attendee will be the sole responsibility of that attendee. Attendees may be billed for any necessary repairs or replacement costs.

6. Event Modifications and Force Majeure

The Company reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, activities, or format if necessary. In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, including pandemics and other tragedies, the Company will not be held responsible for cancellations or interruptions. Any alternative arrangements will be communicated as needed.

7. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and adhere to the guidelines set forth by the event organizers. The Company reserves the right to remove any individual from the event without refund for inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

8. Alcohol and Substance Use

No alcohol will be served at any of these event. The use of alcohol, drugs, or other substances is strictly prohibited. If an attendee is found to be using any prohibited substances, they will be removed from the event without a refund.

9. Medical Disclosures and Liability Waiver

Participants are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or limitations that may affect their participation. By attending, participants confirm they are in good health, physically and mentally, and able to engage in the event activities. The Company is not liable for any medical issues that arise during or after the event.

10. Emergency Situations

In the event of an emergency, attendees must follow instructions provided by event organizers or venue staff. The Company is not liable for damages or delays caused by emergencies, including but not limited to fire, evacuation, or medical incidents.

11. Insurance and Coverage

The Company does not provide insurance coverage for attendees. Participants are encouraged to obtain their own travel or health insurance if needed.

12. Photography and Media

The Company or its representatives may take photographs or videos during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, participants grant permission for their image to be used in such materials. Those who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must notify the Company in writing before the event.

7. Changes to the Privacy Policy
